Birth Doula Services

Labor and delivery are life-changing, and having a steady, experienced partner by your side makes all the difference. As your birth doula, I’ll be there to provide hands-on comfort, emotional support, and advocacy for your wishes. I’ll help create a calming environment, guide you through breathing techniques, and work with your care team to make sure your voice is heard. 

If unexpected challenges arise, I’ll help you navigate them with confidence and grace. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, respected, and in control every step of the way, so you can focus on what really matters—bringing your baby into the world.

Package details

Silver package

• Bi-weekly prenatal visits
• 28 week initial intake
• 30 week childbirth education
• 32 week self advocacy and support person meet and greet
• 34 week birth planning visit including review of comfort measures
• 36 week postpartum planning visit including breastfeeding support and education
• On-call support week 38-42

Labor support (up to 23 hours, $50 each hour afterward)

Postpartum support

• 4 postpartum support visits
• 1 week postpartum
• 2 weeks postpartum
• 1 month postpartum
• 2 months postpartum

Gold package

• Includes all of the above and an additional monthly postpartum support visits through 6 months postpartum
